Prior to his tenure at Madison Springfield, Mr. Cuper lived and worked in Europe, Middle East, and Central Asia where he managed logistics and transportation services, served as a cultural advisor and competitive business intelligence expert, and provided security assessments for clients working in austere business environments. He is well-versed in asset risk management, market and industry research, and the design and implementation of strategic business initiatives.
