Brian Sweeney

Brian Sweeney is the Director of Innovation for Madison Springfield. He has extensive experience in the fields of information technology, data analytics, cultural geography, strategic communications, and international security affairs in support of both public and private sector institutions. His expertise includes problem framing, project design, implementation, and management for dozens of technical and analytical programs. Brian’s educational credentials include undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Geography from the University of Kentucky, followed by graduate studies in Defense Analysis at the Naval Postgraduate School and Geographic Information Sciences at Pennsylvania State University. He is a retired US Army Lt Colonel with 30 years of operational and analytical experience.
