Having little previous manufacturing experience in Brazil, the company lacked the local knowledge necessary to select a suitable location.

In order to capitalize on increasing demand for their products in Latin America, a client was seeking to establish a manufacturing operation in São Paulo, Brazil. Result

A total of seven locations were assessed against the client requirements with each location ranked according to how well it supported the client requirements. Once a final location was accepted by the client, the project team provided real estate, logistics and legal expertise to ensure that the client’s interests were supported throughout the transaction and subsequent commencement of operations.
